Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
We take the privacy of your data very seriously, and that of children even more so. This policy describes how the Logix game handles information. In short: no personal data is collected, stored on a server or shared with third parties.
2. Data stored on your device
To work, the Game only stores the following information, in its private storage on your device:
- your best scores (number of points, date and time of the game), up to 20 per game mode;
- the last challenge level completed;
- the fact that you accepted the Terms and the Privacy Policy;
- the language chosen in the Game.
This information cannot identify you and never leaves your device.
3. No collection, no transmission
The Game does not request Internet access and sends no data to external servers or third parties. It contains no ads, no analytics, no trackers and no third-party software development kit (SDK) that collects data. No advertising ID or device identifier is used.
4. Permissions
The Game requests no permissions: no access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location or files.
5. Android backup
Android automatic backup is disabled for the Game: your scores and progress are not copied to your Google account or to the cloud.
6. Children's privacy
The Game may be used by children. Since it collects no personal data, it collects none from children either, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families policies. The Game allows no communication with other people. Parents may contact us at any time with any question.
7. External links
The "Terms" and "Privacy" buttons and the "Buy me a coffee" image open your browser, only when you tap them. The optional donation is handled by PayPal, which applies its own privacy policy; we receive no payment information.
8. This website
The logix.maxou.pro website contains no ads and no analytics. It only processes the following data:
- a technical cookie "logix_lang" that remembers the chosen language for one year;
- your name, email address and message if you use the contact form, only to reply to you;
- your IP address and browser type if you download the installation file, only to count downloads. This information is never shared.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the data about you sent through this website. To exercise these rights, write to moi@maxou.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
10. Data deletion
Since no data is stored on a server, there is nothing to ask us to delete. The "Clear leaderboard" button in the Game deletes the scores of one mode. To delete all of the Game's data on your device:
- Open your device's settings.
- Select "Apps" or "Application manager", depending on your device.
- Find and select the "Logix" app.
- Go to "Storage".
- Choose "Clear data".
Uninstalling the Game also deletes all of its local data.
