1. Introduction
Welcome to the Logix game ("the Game"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Game. On first launch, the Game asks you to read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking a box. By using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game. If you are a minor, read these Terms with a parent or guardian.
2. Purpose of the Game
Logix is a logic game: colored pieces are placed on an 8 × 8 grid to complete rows and columns. It offers a "Classic" mode, a "Timed" mode, "Challenges" to unlock and a local leaderboard. The Game runs entirely on your Android device, without an Internet connection.

4. Use of the Game
- Free use: the Game is provided free of charge, for personal and non-commercial use.
- No account: the Game requires no registration, username or password.
- Updates: we reserve the right to update or modify the Game at any time, without notice. These updates may include new features, new levels or bug fixes.
5. A game suitable for children
- Content: the Game is suitable for all audiences. It contains no realistic violence or shocking content; the "skulls" of the timed mode are simple illustrated blocks.
- No interaction: the Game offers no messaging, chat, sharing or content created by other users.
- External links: only the links to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the optional "Buy me a coffee" donation page (PayPal) open your browser. Donating unlocks no content; it is intended for adults, and children must ask a parent for permission.
6. Scores and progress
Scores, the leaderboard and challenge progress are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change devices. There is no online leaderboard and we cannot restore them.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Game, including but not limited to the software, texts, graphics, icons and user interfaces, are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Game, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, unless permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding its use, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to the loss of scores or progress, arising from the use of or inability to use the Game. Remember to take regular breaks while playing.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any change will be published on this website. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Caen, France.
12. Family content
The Game contains no ads or in-app purchases and is committed to following Google Play's Families policies.
